  • A Service Level Agreement (a SLO or SLS) is an agreement established between Sweden Telecom and the customer. In the agreement, the extent of service and support between the parties are regulated. If you wish to discuss the possibilities to sign a service agreement with Sweden Telecom, please contact your local sales representative.

  • General Support
  • General support is available to all our customers and is defined according to our warranty policy. Please note that first-line support is normally handled by our distributors, resellers or other partners. Therefore, after having talked to our support division, you may be redirected to your product's original company.
